How to Clear Your Browser Cache

This technical job aid was created to help faculty, staff, and learners troubleshoot browser-related issues by guiding them through clearing their cache in Chrome and Firefox. Designed as a clear, step-by-step resource with visual cues and user-friendly language, the goal was to reduce help desk tickets and empower users with just-in-time support.

Created in Microsoft Word and exported as a PDF, the job aid has become a regularly used support tool across campus. This project highlights my ability to explain technical processes clearly, design scalable self-help content, and anticipate user needs.

Creating a Discount Code in rST

This job aid was designed to support administrative staff in accurately creating and assigning promotional discount codes within the Registration System Tool (rST). Users had frequently encountered pricing issues due to skipped or misordered steps.

To address this, I created a clear, 7-step guide with bolded caution notes, system-matching language, and helpful reminders. The job aid is available in digital and printable formats, making it ideal for onboarding and real-time support.

This resource has reduced pricing errors, cut down on support tickets, and increased user confidence across the events team.

This welcome slide was created for the 2025 MnCCECT Conference to prompt discussion among attendees around workforce trends, real-world skill development, and emerging topics like AI literacy and digital transformation. Designed for visual clarity and audience engagement, it served as both a conference opener and a conversation starter—highlighting my ability to craft instructional media that informs, aligns, and activates dialogue.
